Our busy lives, stress, what we eat and drink, even the technology we use, may be working against us in the realm of sleep. Lack of sleep can cause weight gain, weaken the immune system, cause high blood pressure, and even depression.
In this workshop, students will:
Learn how to create a healthy bedtime routine
Learn yoga postures, breath techniques, and guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and relax
Incorporate sleep inducing essential oils
