Private Yoga Instruction
Throughout this 1-1.5 hour session, Courtney will guide you through a yoga practice catered to what exactly your body, mind, and energetic body is in need of by combining dynamic and static asana (posture), specific breath practices, and meditation. Whether you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, have a low back injury, or simply want to improve your alignment, she will lovingly move you in the direction of healing.

Courtney has practiced the healing art of Reiki since 2011 and has felt first hand major energetic shifts within herself, as well as within clients, from it's potent properties. Sessions are 1 hour in length, and combine aromatherapy, crystals, and energetic healing techniques to help clear blocked energy, release unwanted emotions, and revitalize the energetic centers within the body.

This therapeutic technique of applying essential oils was developed by Dr. David Hill, D.C.. During this process, eight essential oils are applied along the spine and gently massaged into the the energy lines along the spine and the back. While the process is deeply relaxing for the recipient, it can also be an intense detoxification for the system, can aid the body in decreasing inflammation, and can help to clear away unwanted stress and change one's emotional state positively.
