Private Yoga Instruction

Throughout this 1-1.5 hour session, Courtney will guide you through a yoga practice catered to what exactly your body, mind, and energetic body is in need of by  combining dynamic and static asana (posture), specific breath practices, and meditation.  Whether you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, have a low back injury, or simply want to improve your alignment, she will lovingly move you in the direction of healing.

Reiki Healing

Courtney has practiced the healing art of Reiki since 2011 and has felt first hand major energetic shifts within herself, as well as within clients, from it's potent properties.  Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in length, and combine aromatherapy, crystals, sound healing instruments and energetic healing techniques to help clear blocked energy, release unwanted emotions, and revitalize the energetic centers within the body.  Sessions are unique, catered to each person, and may include chakra balancing, aura clearing, and guided meditation.

Reflexology

In these sessions, Courtney uses traditional reflexology charts to apply pressure to specific areas of the feet and/or hands to help bring healing and relaxation to the corresponding part of the body. These hand and foot massages also help to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the client to relax, increase digestive ability, and improve sleep and overall mood. Essential oils are used based on need, and Reiki can be incorporated into sessions at client’s request.
