Courtney will guide participants through a chakra balancing restorative yoga practice, while Ying performs a Tama-Do sound harmonization.  In the practice, we will harmonize the chakras and subtle energy fields with yoga posture, as well as acoustic and elemental sounds, in accordance with the resonance of the organs and the Five Elements.  At the end of practice, students will be led through a systematic relaxation, creating a sense of grounding and centering.
